By accessing utilmint.com, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Service Description
Utilmint provides free online tools and downloadable software. Some tools are subject to daily usage limits in their free tier. A Premium subscription removes these limits.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. All activity performed from your account is your responsibility. Report any unauthorized use immediately to support@utilmint.com.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal and are final unless an error on our part occurred.
- Downloadable software is non-refundable once the download link has been used.
- Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your Stripe customer portal; no pro-rata refunds are issued.
- For disputes, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, logos, code, software) is the property of Utilmint or its licensors. Reproduction without permission is prohibited. Downloadable software is distributed under a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- use the tools for illegal or unethical purposes;
- attempt to circumvent freemium limits via technical means;
- scrape the site or make automated bulk API calls;
- redistribute or resell downloaded software;
- decompile or reverse-engineer the software.
6. Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any tool or feature without prior notice. Premium users will be notified of any substantial changes affecting their subscription.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tools are provided "as is" without any warranty. In no event shall Utilmint be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits resulting from use of the site.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
